All sales are final unless merchandise is damaged or defective. If you've received an order that was damaged in transit, please email us immediately for a return authorization. We will promptly reship the item to you via the appropriate shipping method after we evaluate the damaged book(s).

Fulfillment Status Description
Fulfilled All the items in the order have been shipped.
Unfulfilled The order is yet to be fulfilled.
Partially Fulfilled Some items in the order have been shipped, but some are remaining.
On Hold A temporary hold while the order is under review or until a payment issue is resolved.
Refunded The order was cancelled and refunded.

Tracking numbers:

If you have placed an order and have did not receive a tracking number from our cart when your order shipped, please email us: orders@designstudiopress.com

International orders:

We have revised our international shipping rates to include insurance and tracking numbers. On average, international orders take one or two weeks to arrive. Additional delays may be due to customs inspections and/or holds. Customs practices, restrictions, and import rules vary by country. Please monitor tracking number for any issues. 

Due to sanctions imposed, we are unable to ship to certain countries, including RussiaNorth KoreaIranCubaSyria. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us.
