Pending: Order information was received, waiting for payment processing and confirmation from our merchant processor.
Processing: Order information and payment were both successfully received, order has been sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping.
On-hold: Order has been placed on hold due to an issue or request. Typically, this status applies to orders received while waiting for inventory or for preorders.
Complete: Order was successfully processed and shipped.
Canceled: Payment was not processed or customer abandoned the order. Please contact us for assistance.

We have revised our shipping rates to include tracking numbers for international orders. On average, international orders take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Additional delays may be due to customs inspections and/or holds. Different customs practices and restrictions vary depending on the country.

All sales are final unless merchandise is damaged or defective. If you've received an order that was damaged in transit, please e-mail us for a return authorization and we will promptly reship the item to you via the appropriate shipping method after we evaluate the damaged book(s).
