| Fulfillment Status | Description |
| Fulfilled | The order has been processed and all books ordered have been shipped. |
| Unfulfilled | The order is processing and has yet to be fulfilled. |
| Partially Fulfilled | Some items in the order have been shipped. |
| On Hold | A temporary hold of the order. This status usually applies to pre-orders of new titles while the inventory makes its way to our warehouses for order fulfillment. Other reasons for a hold could be the order is under review or a payment issue waiting to be resolved. |
| Refunded | The order was cancelled and refunded. |
Tracking Numbers:
If you have placed an order and did not receive a tracking number from our shopping system when the order shipped, please email us: orders@designstudiopress.com.
International Orders:
We have revised our international shipping rates to include insurance and tracking numbers. On average, international orders take one or two weeks to arrive. Additional delays may be due to customs inspections and/or holds. Customs practices, restrictions, and import rules vary by country. Please monitor tracking number for any issues.
Due to sanctions imposed, we are unable to ship to certain countries, including Russia, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us.

Returns:
All sales are final unless merchandise is damaged or defective. If you've received an order that was damaged in transit, please email us immediately for a return authorization. We will promptly reship the item to you via the appropriate shipping method after we evaluate the damaged book(s).
