do I pay for my order if I live outside the United States?
We recommend that you pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Or you
can pay in US dollars with a postal money order or US bank draft. Please
allow 2-4
weeks for delivery by US Postal Air Parcel service. You can use FedEx
for
faster air mail options, but be aware that it is often very expensive.
We accept no responsibility for your country's customs duties or taxes.
What is your
return policy?
All sales are final, unless merchandise is damaged or defective. In that
event, please e-mail us for return authorization and we will promptly
re-ship the item to you, via the UPS.
What if you don't
have all of the items in stock?
You will be given the option to purchase the items now or you can opt
to be notified by e-mail of when the new stock arrives by subscribing
to our e-mailing list.
If
I purchase an out-of-stock item, when do I have to pay for the shipping?
Shipping is billed once for the entire order at the time of purchase.
When backorders ship, there will be no additional costs billed to you. |
